These terms cover your use of Ahenora — who may use it, what you may do with it, what we promise, and what we do not. By using Ahenora you agree to them. If you do not, please stop using the app and delete your account.
About this app
Ahenora is available on Google Play and on the web at ahenora.com. It is built and operated by Roland Dzoagbe. We add and improve functionality continuously, so features may change between updates.
Who may use Ahenora
You must be 18 or over to create a household. The household's account holder is responsible for their household's use of the app and for the profiles they create in it.
A person under 13 cannot hold an Ahenora account. Our service refuses to create one, and an invitation naming someone recorded as under 13 is rejected. Attempting to work around that — by recording a false age, for example — is a breach of these terms, and we may close the household.
A teenager aged 13 or over may be invited by their parent or guardian to hold their own account. The invitation is the parent's decision, and the parent may withdraw it at any time.
A young child uses Ahenora only through kid mode on a parent's device, under that parent's supervision. They never sign in.
Your responsibilities
Use Ahenora only for lawful household organisation and family coordination.
Do not upload content you do not have the right to store or process.
Do not use messaging in Ahenora to harass, threaten, or abuse anyone, including members of your own household.
Do not attempt to reach data belonging to another household, to circumvent the limits placed on teen, helper or kid access, or to interfere with the service.
Keep your password and any PIN to yourself, and tell us if you think your account has been used by someone else.
Do not rely on Ahenora for emergencies or critical safety decisions.
Review scanned or AI-assisted results before relying on them.
Your content
What you put into Ahenora stays yours. You grant us only the permission we need to run the service for you — to store your content, show it to the people in your household who are meant to see it, and process it when you ask for a scan or a suggestion. We claim no other rights over it and we do not use it to train models.
Subscriptions and payments
Premium subscriptions are billed through Google Play Billing at the price shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in Google Play; cancelling keeps Premium until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow Google Play policy. If a payment fails or a subscription lapses, the household returns to the free plan and its data is not deleted.
Availability, and what we do not promise
The app and its backend may be unavailable during maintenance or infrastructure incidents. We aim for a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Ahenora is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we do not give warranties that it will be error-free, that a reminder will always arrive, or that it will fit a particular purpose. Push notifications depend on networks and on your device, and can be delayed or lost by either.
AI-assisted output is a suggestion generated by a model. It can be wrong. Check anything that matters before acting on it — this is especially true of anything touching health, allergies, money, or a child's safety.
Limits of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost data where you have not kept your own copy, or for anything arising from a missed reminder or an AI suggestion you did not check.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for Ahenora in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow to be limited. If you are a consumer, you keep every right your local law gives you, and nothing in these terms takes those away.
Ending your use
You can delete your account and your household's data at any time from the Account deletion screen, or by emailing us. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that puts a child at risk, or that we are required by law to close — we will tell you why where we are allowed to.
Which law applies
Ahenora is operated from France. These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of the app, are governed by French law, and the French courts have jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer, none of that takes anything away from you. You keep every mandatory protection given to you by the law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country. We will only bring a claim against a consumer in the courts of the country where they live.
Before any of that, please write to support@ahenora.com. Almost everything is settled that way, and we would rather settle it that way.
