You can ask us to delete your Ahenora account and its associated data at
any time. There are two ways to do it — both reach the same place.
Option 1 — From inside the app
Open Ahenora.
Go to Settings.
Scroll to Delete account.
Enter the email address used for your account, add an optional reason, and submit the request.
Option 2 — By email
Send a deletion request to
rolanddzoagbe@gmail.com
from (or quoting) the email address used for your Ahenora account, so the
request can be matched to the correct account.
Deleting some of your data without deleting your account
You do not have to delete your whole account to remove data. You can:
Delete items directly in the app — tasks and cards, shopping-list
items, meal plans, vault documents, children's rewards, announcements and
handoff notes can each be deleted from their own screen.
Remove calendar imports — imported Google or Outlook events can
be deleted from the Calendar screen.
Request a partial deletion by email — write to
rolanddzoagbe@gmail.com
from (or quoting) your account email, telling us which data you want removed
(for example vault documents, calendar imports, or a child's profile). Your
account stays active and only the data you name is deleted.
Partial deletion requests are actioned within 30 days, and the
retention notes below apply equally (deleted data may remain in encrypted backups
for up to 30 days).
What gets deleted when you delete your account
When your deletion request is processed, the following data associated with your
account is permanently deleted:
Children profiles, stars, rewards and PIN settings

Vault documents and scanned images

Imported calendar events stored in the app

Notification settings and device push tokens

Revoked and deleted
What may be kept, and for how long
Shared household content. If you share a household with another
parent or member, content they created — or shared items the household still
depends on — remains with that household. Your personal account and the content
you own are still deleted.
Purchase and subscription records. Transactions are handled by
Google Play. Billing records may be retained by Google and by us where required
for tax, accounting and fraud-prevention obligations, typically for up to
10 years as required by law.
Backups. Deleted data may persist in encrypted database backups
for up to 30 days before those backups expire and are overwritten.
Support correspondence. Emails you send us may be retained for up
to 12 months for support and dispute-handling purposes.
How long it takes
Deletion requests are actioned within 30 days of receipt. You will
receive a confirmation at the email address associated with your account once the
deletion has been completed.
Cancelling your subscription
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a paid subscription. If you
have Ahenora Premium, cancel it in the Google Play Store → Profile →
Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions before or after deleting your
account.
