Delete your Ahenora account

You can ask us to delete your Ahenora account and its associated data at any time. There are two ways to do it — both reach the same place.

Option 1 — From inside the app

  1. Open Ahenora.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Scroll to Delete account.
  4. Enter the email address used for your account, add an optional reason, and submit the request.

Option 2 — By email

Send a deletion request to rolanddzoagbe@gmail.com from (or quoting) the email address used for your Ahenora account, so the request can be matched to the correct account.

Deleting some of your data without deleting your account

You do not have to delete your whole account to remove data. You can:

Partial deletion requests are actioned within 30 days, and the retention notes below apply equally (deleted data may remain in encrypted backups for up to 30 days).

What gets deleted when you delete your account

When your deletion request is processed, the following data associated with your account is permanently deleted:

What may be kept, and for how long

How long it takes

Deletion requests are actioned within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation at the email address associated with your account once the deletion has been completed.

Cancelling your subscription

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a paid subscription. If you have Ahenora Premium, cancel it in the Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions before or after deleting your account.
